Hello! My name is Nick Hedberg. As the owner and founder of As-Is Home Buyer, I’ve always been passionate about helping people. For a long time, I considered pursuing a career in physical therapy, as it allowed me to combine problem-solving with providing solutions for people in unique situations. It was rewarding, but as I continued my education, I realized the impact I could make felt limited. I often found myself frustrated when clients didn’t achieve their desired results, and I felt confined by the one-on-one nature of the work.

Curious about making a broader impact, I reached out to individuals in my network who were serving their communities through various real estate solutions. Their work inspired me; they were helping people transform their lives in significant ways, opening doors to possibilities instead of stress.
